I'm around to lend a hand 2-3 nights a week, except for weekends.
You can count on me for anywhere from 2 to 12 weeks. So, whenever you're ready for a little extra support, I've got your back. We'll take it one shift at a time and make sure you feel taken care of every step of the way.
I'm here for 2 to 6 hour shifts, starting as early as 5 in the evening or as late as 7:30 pm. If you need an extra set of hands for bedtime routines with an older sibling, an earlier start time could be perfect. And if you prefer more coverage during those late evening hours, a later start time might be just the ticket.
Whatever works best for you and your family, I'm flexible and ready to help out whenever you need me.
I offer guidance and support as you recover from childbirth. I may provide information on physical healing, offer comfort measures, assist with postpartum pain management, and help with self-care activities such as rest, nutrition, and hydration.
I provide emotional support to you during this vulnerable and transformative time. I offer active listening, validation of feelings, and a non-judgmental presence. I may help you process your birth experience, navigate the emotional ups and downs, and offer reassurance and encouragement.
I offer education and guidance on newborn care. I may assist with feeding techniques (breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, or combination feeding), diapering, bathing, soothing techniques, and understanding infant cues and behaviors. I can help you gain confidence in your caregiving abilities.
I provide guidance and information on parenting techniques and strategies. I may assist with establishing routines, promoting healthy sleep habits, managing infant sleep patterns, and addressing common challenges such as fussiness, colic, or feeding difficulties. I support parents in finding your own parenting style and making informed decisions.
