Introducing our Daytime Postpartum Care Trial - an innovative service designed to provide new parents with a sneak peek into the support they truly need during those crucial first nights with their newborn. You can schedule a one hour trial shift to determine if we are a good fit. 

My overnight doula care brings peace and rest to your household while you sleep. I offer gentle, attentive support so parents can recharge knowing their baby is in safe hands. During overnight visits, I provide:

• Diapering, soothing, and feeding

• Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support

• Sleep strategies to promote healthy habits

• Monitoring and comfort so you can rest easy

• Light documentation of overnight patterns
